Breathwork is a powerful practice that can help you relax and reduce stress, increase focus and clarity, and improve overall well-being. If you’re feeling intimidated about trying it in front of others, you may find it helpful to start with a recorded session that you can do on your own. This can help you get a feel for the practice and become more comfortable with it before trying it in a group setting.



To get started, simply find a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down or sit comfortably. You may want to have a blanket or pillow nearby to support your body. Then, just follow the instructions provided in the recorded session and focus on your breath. Remember to stay relaxed and let go of any expectations or judgments about how the practice should go. Just allow yourself to be present with your breath and see where it takes you.
